Nov 1/1997 2:00pm a day I will never ever forget. Baked cookies with the boys then two little boys and a friend headed outside to play with a friend while the two little ones napped. Glen came home on a Saturday afternoon a very rare occurence. Anyone that knows him can justify that. I am grateful he was. Our very curious and adventurous little boy Matt Bauer and Tyler Bauer the cautious one decide to venture over to the fishing pond across from our house in Zama. It changed our lives forever. I want to thank my husband for rescuing Matt out of the water, our friends and family, High Level Hospital, the OLD STAFF FLINT , STARS ambulance and staff at the Stollery Hospital. Everyone took a huge part in saving our son. Words are never enough.....but thank so much from the bottom of my heart. I an so proud of you Matt Bauer you have made me and your dad very proud....you have grown into a handsome courageous caring kind young man. You will make an amazing husband and father. I love you mom.
