Nov. 21st....I am thankful for our President. I cannot imagine the decisions and responsibilities he faces each day. I do not agree with some of his thinking, but I try to remember that he is the president of all the people, not just those who are like me. I believe President Obama cares deeply for the common folk who I consider myself to be among. I am thankful he supports policies that help the poor and needy instead of the very rich who have more than they can ever use in 10 life times. I am so hoping and do believe that the ACA, Obamacare will prove to be a very good thing for all Americans. Many uninsured people can now get the treatment that they desperately need. A columnist in Canada wrote a piece about the President, and he was admonishing Americans for the disrespectful way in which some had and are treating him. I am going to repost the article for those of you who care to read it. Not trying to be political, just felt led to post this.
