Now -if we want to compare this with our condition as Arabs and Palestinians- we will find out that we are not faring any better . Look at the Palestinian cause , look at what happened to Palestinians , what happened to their leaders , how they were killed one after the other like some horror series shot in some evil dark place , from Kamaal ‘Udwaan and Kamaal Nasser to Abu Jihad , passing by Ghassan Kanafani and Abu Iyaad , not to forget Ahmad Yassine and al Rantissi and Fathi al Shuqaqi and Mahmoud al Mabhouh and Yahya Ayyash and so many others that could not be contained in pages and pages .They killed them all , even Arafat whom they spared to the end to make full use of his indecisive stands and compromising attitude. . But this is no big deal , the struggle could have resumed and the cause could have produced other leaders- equally good- and despite the deep infiltration the Israelis and the world establishment operated within the ranks of Palestinians , the cause itself could not be defeated , on the contrary , in many cases, these unhappy events and circumstances made many people more determined to continue on the same path of struggle and sacrifice .
