Now Gov. Kasich wants a federal court to strike him down. How paranoid is this governor? This obsession with keeping the Libertarian Party off ballot is pathetic. He is going to lose this election regardless if the Libertarian Party has a Candidate or not. And he will have no one to blame but himself. You can not piss off portions of your base constitutes and expect to win. Remember the Va. Libertarian Candidate took more votes from the Democrat than the Republican. Therefore, Kasich is spending tax payers money to keep out something that may have no or a positive affect on his re-election chances. Is this how you want your tax dollars spent? Nothing fiscal or any other type of conservatism going on here.
