Now is when you take the time to plan your week, prep your food, schedule your workouts and plan your meals. Get a calendar, whiteboard, whatever youve got! What has to happen right away? What can happen later in the week? Jot down your priorities and map it out! Youll be organized and effective, and unstoppable. Planning your meals and prepping your food. Taking the time to do these tasks has multiple benefits. I almost always have chicken, sirloin or lean pork in the refrigerator ready to throw on a salad, or in a wrap, with little to know labor involved. Cook it up on Sunday, portion it out, throw it into the fridge. Easy, ready, fast. I have friends that plan an entire month of meals/dinners. I admit to being envious, but Im thinking Ill give it a try. I have never thought I could do it, my meals are so emotional. How do I know I would feel like eating that in 3 weeks and 2 days? However, emotional eating is not good! And making a calendar of dinners could definitely be a lesson in eating for fuel. So do you have a good recipe for quick easy dinners? What are some of the things you would put on your calendar?
