OCD tendencies? I was just wondering if children two years old can have OCD. I know myself that I have some little things like with even numbers but iv always tried to not make it obvious to my son , who is two. He has epilepsy and some other medical issues but iv recently noticed he is getting very particular. For example he Wont eat and will get very emotional if his foods are mixed. If I make a stir fry I have to have noddles in one side of the plate and the different veggies in different spots. Peas and mash potato which he loves both , but they cant be touching on the plate or he has a melt down. He melts down if I put socks on him and he can feel loose threads. Iv actually had to start putting his socks inside out to advoid this. This blanks cant have wrinkles when they are on him. Which is really difficult because he is two and dosent understand that him moving will put wrinkles in it , but its always my fault if it happens. When changing his clothes or his nappy he will only lay horizontally on his matt , and if I make him lay the other way he gets overly emotional and has a tantrum. None of these things effect my life , I just take extra care and extra time plating food and putting him to bed ... It dosent effect the quality of life but Im afraid that he seems to get new things to be particular about every few months and I dont want it to spiral out of control. Is this signs of ODC ? Can two year olds even get OCD ? And if so how do I help him ? Do I just do things the way he needs them done or do I challange i
