For those who may not know, Bavaria is the richest region( Province) in Germany. It is famed for the BMW cars. Western....(. Bungoma, Kakamega, Busia, Vihiga and their sarogate corner of Transnzoia ) ideally ...is the Kenyas Bavaria. This agriculturally rich region with an energetic population of almost 10 million people,almost 3 Million voters and enjoying a higher literacy level compared to most regions in Kenya needs the Bavarian attitude. And urgently so! We need a leadership that can hold us together, negotiate firmly on our behalf, with pride, confidence and honestly yet powered by the truth and the conviction that whoever becomes President in Kenya has/ must to contend with us. Like it is with the King of Bavaria, whoever takes over the reigns in Kenya has to do honest Political business with the Luhya of Western. Our numbers must count you people ! Why, when, the late Hon Wamalwa Kijana got deserted while leader of the Opposition in Parliament would note pass even as foot note yet curse Hon Ababu Namwamba after he has simply asked for what should be a small right? NDP was formed and Ford Kenyas Parliamentary strength was wittled down from 32 to a mere 12? Ford K has never recoverd, it may never recover the Lion mane. Western region must have a clear agenda. Why play second fiddle with blind dedication to others when we could tilt the balance of power in the management of this unitary Nation? Why scream when cursed for kneeling in our neighbours huts when we can not repair leaking roofs in our polygamous homestead? Why cry when reminded that you are fools? Why scream when told that you are stupid because you have made it your pass time insulting each other? Can we see that at the last poll had we voted for one of our own, we could have perfected a stalmate and occassioned a run off and realistically negotiated for honour in this great Nation?
