OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Five Element Sport MMA & Fitness - Vestal Location - is proud to announce the movement of its facility to the largest fitness center in the area - American Family Fitness & American Woman Fitness! This is a great opportunity for our existing students. Five Element students will have a membership to AFF which includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment, sauna, locker rooms, showers and so much more! This move will allow us to introduce our amazing program to so many more individuals. The new facility will have a separate outside entrance, but will also have an inside entrance to AFFs main floor! Class schedule will not change, unless we add classes. Class cost will not change. The date of the move has not been solidified as some work is still taking place to get the facility set for our move, but we are looking at a September time frame.
