OFFSHORE Call Center Representative Teleperformance Egypt is currently HIRING for several accounts: • Requirements: must be Fluent in English Language with Native Accent (American or British) and its very important. • Offshore call center experience is a good plus. • Must be graduate. • Able to Work Immediately (notice Period 1 week). • Able to work on shift basis “Maximum working hour for girls is 2:00 AM and a door to door transportation is provided”. • Egyptians only can apply. • Exemption from Military service “For boys”. Job roles: • Handle inbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining Department standards and goals. • Ability to provide expert advice and accurate information to customers regarding the website, booking challenges, and changes/cancellations to existing reservations. • Follow company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer solutions to meet the customer’s needs. • Resolve calls and only escalating when all options have been exhausted. • Provide clear and concise documentation of all cases. • Meet schedule adherence goals set forth by the client. • Periodically make outbound calls to customers to follow up on a variety of issues. • Use multiple applications during call.
