OHHHHH MYSOGYNY! Heres a topic to tickle your brain cells in the morning Before I start my rant, I should state that I LOVE stand up comedy, dark humour and generally disgusting jokes, so I think its safe to say that Im not easily shocked when it comes to comedy... Its not actually Dapper Laughs who offended me whilst reading this post... It was the way the public (particularly the men) reacted and tagged along? Its worrying that our society is that easily led and lacking of intelligence that they would take this show so seriously/apply it to real life actions and ideals? Also, the fact that Laughs seems to be encouraging his abusive followers (seen through Twitter posts) shows that he either doesnt care or that he is more concerned about getting his views up by whatever means necessary... Ive heard of controversy but this is ridiculous. However much I would probably laugh at Laughs sort of humour and not take it seriously, its obviously not the same for some of the public who are already acting out these jokes seriously. Laugh may be a comedian, but he still has a responsibility as a public figure not to encourage things like this. All responses welcome! PEACE.
