OK--LAST ONES for this Mamas Day, folks. Jessica Carr-Eggleton & Jodi Ayers Bain--remember this photo I took of you with my young hubby at the Madison County Fair?? Haaaaa. Here is one, Jodies, of your mama before leaving for the Kokomo Policemens Ball, October 1975. Remember you and Candy stayed with me while I babysat you and we watched the very first episode of SNL?!?! I got a really cute pic (somewhere) of you two dressed up in furs. o)) Heres a shot of Aunt Phyl and Uncle Harold eating in your backyard, Jodi. Then one at Grandma Nelsons birthday party after her stroke, in Kokomo, with Aunt Phyl, Aunt Connie, Mama (all three gone now), Uncle Roy laughing at them all, and Helen and Billie Jo and her hubby (who is now deceased, too) and Hollie and Candy Pettit and Mike (now gone as well) and Jassent. Bill Pettit is in here SOMEWHERE. He is gone now, too. God, so many all gone, so young at that. Anyway, embrace these memories. Hope youve enjoyed this walk down Memory Lane, family.
