Silent Auction Pre-Bid Instructions We are accepting Pre-Bids for those who can’t attend the Spaghetti Dinner and Cabaret and for those who are just too excited to wait! Please email bids to colleen@ccfundraisingsolutions. Include the following in the email: 1. Item bidding on (number and description) 2. Your bid amount 3. Your first and last name 4. Your complete address 5. Your phone number 6. Your email address 7. Will you be attending the event? Y/N 8. If no to #7, do you want updated during the event in order to increase your bid? Y/N We will update the current bid prices daily in case you would like to increase your bid. The highest bid will be used as the Opening Bid at the Spaghetti Dinner and Cabaret. Pre-bids will be accepted starting at 8:00 AM on Thursday, August 29h. We will accept Pre-Bids until 10:00 PM Eastern Time Zone Friday night, September 6th. We will close the Silent Auction at 7:30 PM at the event. If you are the highest bidder, we will call you to arrange payment and pick up. You must be 18 years old or older to bid.
