OK I have a newb question. I recorded a three song demo for a band the other day and I am now going to mix the songs. I recorded all three songs in the same session ( I recorded song 1, then went forward and created a marker for song 2 and the same with song 3). So when I mix I will have the same mix on the drums,bass ect. Now my question is concerning the easiest way to mix like this? For example, I mixed song 1, sent it to them and they want to make some changes, but I have already been mixing song 2, so when I go and make the changes to song 1 it also changes the mix on song two that I am working on since I recorded them all in the same session. What is the easiest/best way to mix like this? I swear I didnt sleep in class while I was at RECW, lol.
