OK, I must relay to all my friends that if they visit the bay area of California (Berkeley) to be exact. The intellectuals that live her are sooooo smart that they will dress in dark clothing and step in front of moving traffic without ever looking up from their smart phones (named after them Im sure). I not only have to be on the lookout for parked cars doors opening, oncoming traffic, cars wedging themselves between you and the curb at an intersection, I must contend with zombies that have been entitled by local laws to dare the laws of physics. 2 ton truck versus 120 lb. human body. Umm, simple logic here? I saw a news report that 90 people here in California have died by being struck by vehicles. They still blame the vehicle / driver. If I leap head first into an empty pool, do I blame the cement? I just dont understand the actions of people that regularly proclaim their intellectual superiority. Please, someone teach these people common sense. Oh forget it, they know it all.
