OK People in the old days when there was someone who was doing abuse to animals or children or women or anyone there would be a few good big men in the community who would step in and make sure it didnt happen again.......do we have any good men left or some really big men or a few big men who would like to step in and relocate this puppy to a safe home..........I believe there are a few good men left...if the police do not relocate the puppy to a safe home I bet these few good men can.........this is a call for your community to step in and do some thing...call the police every day...every hour on the hour and tell them if they do not do their job then the few good men left in your community will.....I bet they will be up for the task......please share this and form a group to help this helpless Puppy...I dont know why the Police wouldnt do their job ...the law clearly states that abuse is against the law......even a seagull has this protection......demand they step in and remove the dog from this mans custody...if not the few good men in the community can do this on their own....I bet he will rather have the Police come to his door then them....I pray for the puppys safety and the few good men as well.........Amen
