OK. So now that I have finally set up my new computer, the electricity blinked off for a moment at the house and my apple wifi router is now blinking orange. I unplugged it for 10 seconds and plugged it back in and no change. I also powered the computer off and on. My computer will let me connect to fb but not to a browser to search the internet which is weird. I have the modem, router, computer, and printer all plugged in to an old Cyber Power 1250 AVR battery/surge protector. Is it possible that this surge protector is causing all of my woes? Anyone familiar with them? Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do with the wifi router? I have now been updating our electronics for a full month, and I am really over it. I am just OVER it!!!
