OK e-tank experts, Ive got one for you. I hooked everything up and I cant get bubbles. Of the two chargers Ive tried, one is showing 100% charged and wont start. The other one is a motorcycle charger and doesnt have a gauge but is only a 1 amp charger anyway. I guess the smart charger is actually dumb here and thinks that either there is no battery that needs to be charged or Ive done something totally wrong. heres a pic. any advice? the pot is not touching the steel plates and the house current is definitely on (i tried a drill in the same electric outlet im using and it runs). ill admit i didnt measure the washing soda, but theres more than 1/2 a cup or so in there and i figure the tub holds about 8 gallons. other than that, im pretty handy so hopefully i havent done something dumb. thanks!
