OK guys. And gals.... I am soon to be the new owner of two Bachmann SD40-2s in Union Pacific paint. :-) While Im not a stickler on counting rivets, I do like to know background info on my models. According to what I can find out, these 2 road numbers, 4081 & 4083, were never real UP units. Also, if they WERE real, would they have dynamics? Most of what I saw in rosters, a good share of these SD40-2s had dynamics removed. My intention once I get them is to put them into my lease fleet, same as the LLPX units today in UP paint scheme. Anyone share any info about these units??
