OK here we go with this months package, which includes two weeks of Custom Meal Planning with Miranda. Yes, we can actually build a meal plan to meet your requirements with the foods YOU tell US that you want to eat. Where else are you going to get this? No where. You know... my only intention with this online coaching stuff was to build a simple and effective training program that people would be able to follow without too much difficulty even without me being there in person to instruct them. What I ended up with was a system that has changed peoples lives. It has changed the way people think about food, about exercise, how they feel about their body and their identity. And all of that has more to do with whats NOT in the program, than what is actually in it. You gotta train most days. You gotta meet some minimum nutritional intake targets. Thats ALL. I left out all of the stuff that wasnt really important, which was also the stuff that makes for a difficult and unpleasant time of it, missing out on all your favourite foods and so on. As Ive been talking about a lot recently, just train effectively and dont over (or under) eat terribly often. Thats all thats required to see tremendous results. This is a VERY effective training plan and the nutritional side just requires a little organisation and mindfulness. Thats all.
