OK people, those of you silly enough to have an iPhone, please make sure if you have updated to iOS7, that you go into: Settings - Background App Refresh - and TURN THIS OFF!!. Why? because your phone will be conecting to the internet in the background without your knowledge to refresh any of your apps, thus your bill with be massive. Turn it off so it is not using all your download Of course clever people will have a Samsung or use an android and will be fine :)
