OK so maybe 3s a charm. Ive written a lengthy update twice today and received failed to post errors both times and lost it all. Sydney is doing well, and they are supposed to be reintroducing coumadin tomorrow. We have been getting her to walk more and taking her out for fresh air. Its nice that shes able to get out & about. The hospital was eerily empty of visitors and chaos this weekend. It gave us the opportunity to roam the halls & eat together in the cafeteria. She & I took a stroll through the college campus today & had a good time. Shes had a rough time with phantom pains today. She feels pain in specific areas of the foot she no longer has. Its a concept that is hard to imagine for anyone who hasn t lost a limb. They say those pains will recede in time. Hopefully sooner than later for her. Its part of the healing process. Heres to a good night and a less painful day tomorrow. Thank you for your continued prayers and support!
