OMG...sitting down with chopsticks and a bowl of uber fried rice: coconut organic Vietnamese red rice, crimini, shiitake and portabella mushrooms, shrimp, tofu, Mai que lo wine sausage, mixed greens and red peppers with a light fermented soy and fish sauce in lime and sirachi. Think I will start a line of Cooking for Dalai Lama fast cooking, slow eating recipes! Now, since I have cooked for an army in my mindfulness, who wants some?
