OOOOO.MMMMM.GGGGG. Just took a BATH. BY MYSELF. COMPLETELY NAKED. (Sorry about the intimate nature of this expression, but it is So warranted!) Straightened my elbow, wiggled my fingers, and even my wrist a little. SOAKED all the parts of my wicked painful shoulder, arm & hand... In Hot Water... For an Hour. With NOTHING on my Arm. For the first time in almost 8 Weeks. I cannot truly express the joy I am feeling! 😃😃😃 My attitude is 1,000 times Better! The corner is turned & I am re-charged! 1st physical therapy today... I am jacked up, but on my way! Custom removable (for bathing) splint & (stinky) steri-strips (WHY do they smell like they do? 😝). Seriously feel like I might actually make it! Prayers for lessened pain & increased mobility still greatly appreciated... But SO Grateful!!!
