OPEN LETTER TO FLORIDA REP. GREG STEUBE...... One has to only laugh when I recently discovered you blocked me from making any comments on your facebook page! Others are free to do so, however as a Career Law Enforcement Executive with 25+ years, I assume you dislike me pointing out the fact that your attempts to arm teachers and faculty in our Florida Schools is Dangerous and further lacks data to suggest it is an effective strategy. You most likely also dislike the fact that I support my position with facts, not hunches like you do! I guess you dislike the fact that I point out the the Florida Association of School Resource Officers also opposes your bill, as does the School Safety Advocacy Council and many other educational groups. You most likely dislike the fact that I tried to reach out to you, and in the most SMUG way ever, you looked at me and stated Not worried, my bill will pass this year! Hopefully you are wrong, like the past 2 years that it failed. Either way Mr. Steube, I cannot believe you would sensor anyone who opposes your ideas and perhaps a local media outlet will want to report on this alone. Remember, you represent ALL the people, not just those that agree with you!
