OPINION ONLY: If I were a lawyer - and I thought a audio tape was recorded illegally - without the consent, willingness, knowledge or agreement of the other party - I would advise my client to sue the person who recorded it without my clients knowledge, the BUSINESS who took action against my client based on an alleged wrongfully recorded tape and anyone else who caused the losses - physical, emotional and financial - based on an ALLEGED illegal audio recording - and allegedly violating my client Privacy Rights as well as allegedly slandering the name of my client and allegedly destroying the clients business - because if the law is you cant record anyone without their permission or for unethical purposes - how can this happen on U.S. soil - even your creditors or customer service on the phone ask you if its okay to record the conversation -theoretically speaking - and if that were the case! Darn, should have gone to law school - this would have been an exciting and challenging case - Please - any Black or White sports player - coach - any person- who hasnt made a bias, prejudice or racist comment in private - throw the first stone - especially the judges who throws Blacks in jail just because....many times -
