My client is an operator in the field of Oil & Gas and the person will be based in Rio de Janeiro. Profile: - 10 years as working in the Oil and Gas market in operators, vendors, drilling or ROV companies - Experienced at managing offshore operations on vessels and rigs. - Engineering degree Main Responsabilities: - Responsible to plan,develop and review procedures, mobilize, execute offshore, demobilize and perform after action reviews - Support surveillance team in subsea problem diagnosis and developing innovative intervention solutions as required. - Responsible for coordinating and managing teardown and rebuild of equipment recovered from interventions as well as working with vendors to deliver new equipment and spares. - Responsible for documenting and sharing learnings from intervention operations - Prepares Annual Maintenance Reference Plans,identifying required resources. - Interfaces with support teams to deliver interventions and aftermarket maintenance (logistics,materials,contracting and procurement,finance).
