On this day in 1941, German soldiers go on a rampage, killing thousands of Yugoslavian civilians, including whole classes of schoolboys. Evil of the Third Reich was getting in high gear. I reckon them folks had no doubt that Evil is real. Most of us have been insulated from massive evil during our lifetime. I often wonder how much longer that insulation will hold up as such masses in the country reject God. Oct 21, 1975 Boston Red Sox catcher Carlton Fisk hits a homer off the left-field pole to beat the Cincinnati Reds in the sixth game of the World Series. The Sox went on to lose the championship, of course.
