October 24th: The Commons is excited to present from our radical lineup, the ever cool choreographer/dancer Jenny Stulberg! Jenny an MFA in Dance from Tisch School of the Arts as well as a BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University. Having just completed a filmmaking program at San Francisco School of Digital Filmmaking. She has taught and choreographed in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago and was most recently on the dance faculty at AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles. Prior to leaving New York City, she was the first Media Fellow for New York City Ballets Media Projects Department and is currently the Production Manager for the West Coast Branch of Double Tour Media. As a performer, she is privileged to have premiered new works by talented choreographers such as Kate Weare and Sydney Skybetter and honored to have performed historical works by pioneers such as Martha Graham, Helen Tamiris, and Loie Fuller. She has performed as a member of several NYC based modern dance companies, as well as in live theatre, music videos, and industrials. jennystulberg vimeo/jennystulberg
