Bacon, Ham and Brie Melt- smoked honey ham, crispy Cajun bacon, melted brie cheese, and poached red apples hot pressed on ciabatta bread. DINNER: Fried Butternut Squash Ravioli- crispy wontons fill with roasted butternut squash puree and feta topped with grilled chicken, sautéed spinach, caramelized onions, and covered with a spiced cream sauce. Surf and Turf- blackened scallops and a grilled pork chop in a pineapple and rum demi glaze served with roasted rosemary and chive potatoes and sautéed broccoli.
