"Of course, as Reyes divulged, the President favorite pork barbeque satay with Java sauce, and The Plaza’s signature premium baked ham, served with four different sauces—Premium Glaze, Wasabe Mayo, Sweet Mustard, and Gutsy Garlic will be part of the menu. For the hors d’oeuvre, The Plaza will be serving assorted sushi and sashimi platters, chicken kievettes, crab claws, fish fingers with gusty garlic, shrimp cocktails, vegetable sticks with cheese dip, and phyllo with curried chicken. Other hot dishes include penne pasta with a choice of Creamy Shiitake or Arrabiata Sauces, and roast Angus corned beef with honey radish cream. Dessert consists of cheese pichi-pichi, bibingkang malagkit, cream puff, decadent chocolate cake, lemon meringue, pandan kuchinta, tiramisu, and white chocolate cheese cake."
