Officials are either unaware theres likely tar sands oil/bitumen in those cars or have been told not to name it. But in a response that would make Jeopardys Alex Trebek proud, (Ill take toxic crap for $1000), the (maybe now former?) DEQ guy said, a type of crude so thick it has to be transported in heated rail cars. But transparency isnt a game - the public has a right to know exactly whats in those cars.
