So I got in contact with that seller and well... this is what the end result was and I have to say, it was rather hilarious seeing a Chinese argue with me an American. )) Me: Hello, I recently ordered a shipment of glue sticks from you. It said each lot had 50 pieces each for $4.98 and I ordered 4 lots of these glue sticks so I should have received 200 glue sticks but what I received was not even one full lot, I only received 30 glue sticks out of the 200 that I ordered, one of which was competently damaged when I opened it. I had spend nearly $20 on 4 lots of 200 glue sticks but I did not even receive a full lot for that price. I am not to happy about this and I will be expecting to either get the rest of my shipment that I ordered or a full refund. I have been waiting for this shipment for a month now and I am not pleased with the condition it has came in. Seller: Please tell me where this product is damaged? After inquiries, send the correct number, send 7 * 100mm, the number 200, the weight of 628g. Please make a gentleman.In order to preserve your dignity and face, please cancel the dispute themselves. Thank you very much.So far, the only thing you and I know. If you do not cancel, I will provide more evidence submitted AliExpress. Me: I did not receive a full order, I ordered 200 and I only received 30 glue sticks. And it is best not to talk to your customers that way or word WILL get out if you do. I was not satisfied with the product and I am simply stating I want is a refund. I cannot provide any physical evidence seeing as this discussion is over the internet and even if I did supply evidence you may just turn around and say that it isnt enough proof or that I may be lying. I can take a picture of the 30 sticks of glue if you want though I dont know how that will really help or prove anything on your end. They way in which you handle customers is very unprofessional and rude especially when it was a mistake on your end and the customer is not happy with the results. Me: RB905435370CN was the shipping number on my order same as yours. The packaging is from China and as you can see it is far to small to be holding 200 glue sticks in it. Seller: Weight prove everything. Please do not continue to lie, 200 is only a small volume. You provide my bag to prove that you are a liar. Me: And you saying it was your bag just proves my point more that it was your package I received and not someone elses. I provide your bag to prove that I DID get your package and it WAS NOT what I ordered. Me providing evidence of what you said ACTUALLY proves that YOU are the liar. And 200 is NOT a small volume especially for $20 US dollars, that is a lot especially since I only received 30. I will end the dispute once I receive my money back. And I dont know how much it weighs because I cant read Chinese... Seller: Please do not talk. Me; Cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen sweetie. See here in America, whether the customer is right or wrong, which in this case the customer is right.. We still treat them all with respect not matter what because that is how a business is run and that is how you get more people coming back. If word gets out that you treat your customers like they are a waste of your time, word gets around and it only gives you a bad name, but I guess respect is something you dont quite understand because I have been patient with you but you have been nothing but rude to me.
