Oh man, so I was doing cardio today and I was at like 9:28 (or some odd seconds) and I was like ooooooommmggggg I feel like I have been on here FOREVER! Still 10 minutes to go! Its funny to think about, because I used to be your cliché cardio girl who did cardio for 45 - 60 minutes or longer every day with minimal MINIMAL weight training. Maybe some leg extensions and leg curls here and there and thats it. Oh and abs. Now I LLLLOOOVVVEEEE lifting and cardio seems like a chore! Back in the days of only cardio I also thought eating the least amount of calories a day was GOOD for me and the healthy way to lose weight. AHHHH!!!! Thank goodness for the people who guided me in a significantly healthier direction. Now I eat multiple times a day, lift weights regularly while incorporating cardio into my weekly routine. Its definitely important to keep a healthy balance between cardio, weightlifting, and nutrition!
