Oh, my. Disney has gone and shown unimaginable love and respect - - TopicsExpress

Oh, my. Disney has gone and shown unimaginable love and respect - AGAIN! In March of 2009 a family said goodbye to their precious angel. She was only 4. She loved hippos, and was a huge fan of Hyacinth, the dancing hippo from Fantasia. They had a special Hyacinth statue that Erin loved, so they painted it purple for her. When she was laid to rest, she had her stuffed Hyacinth with her. Every year, on March 28, Mom and Dad take the Hyacinth statue to her grave, to play and dance the spring away with her. They return to get it on June 23rd to pick Hyacinth up and take her home. Yet this year, Hyacinth had been stolen. Disney stopped making Hyacinth many years ago, making this an irreplaceable statue, much like Erin herself. However, Disney got word of this theft and contact the family yesterday to let them know that they dug the Hyacinth mold out of storage, and have recreated her. They let the family know that Hyacinth is on her way to Florida to be painted that special shade of purple, and would arrive to them in a few short weeks. True to Disney standard, this is being done at no cost to the family. Way to go , Disney!!!!!
