Oh my goodness my house is smelling gooooodddd! Seasoned a pork loin w Montreal Steak seasoning, browned it on the stop top and put it in the slow cooker on a bed of carrots and chicken broth. Have a pan of new potatoes and onions with some fennel seeds thrown on them and olive oil drizzled over it ready to go in the oven for roasting. Did have to cut the pork in 2 pcs because it was so large. If there is too much left overs well vacuum pack them and put them in the freezer for a quick meal some night when we dont know what we want for dinner.
