Ohh the way we are quick to respond when any jack and Jill come to announce they want the high office of the land that we love!! You can hear peoples responses thus: ohh he is God sent. He is blessed to rule us. May God guide him/her. The shower of blessing is abundant on him/her. He has come to save our people. What surprises me in all this is that even many of the educated do not try to be rational and can jump into the bandwagon themselves with out doing some critical analysis. We have been like this since independence. All the past Moses we sang, danced, fought and tore each other apart for had never moved our country from the brink of poverty. Are we just too desperate for a redeemer?
