You must bring the following. Proof of Residency-utility bill, legal document etc. Shot Records (if needed) Legal documents: such as custody issues ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ HULBERT JR/SR HIGH SCHOOLS ENROLLMENT DATES 2014-2015 7-8- Grade Enrollment –Tuesday August 5: 9:00- 12:00 9-10 Grade Enrollment - Wednesday August 6: 9:00-12:00 11-12 Grade Enrollment-Thursday August 7: 9:00-12:00 Students may ONLY enroll on the day their class is assigned. Most classes will fill up quickly. Students who choose to enroll the first day of school jeopardize their choice of classes. You must bring the following.
