Ok... Lets talk about gangs in sports... Supposedly part of the reason Desean Jackson was released was because of his affiliation with gangs. If you want to cut a player for that reason you might as well cut over half the players in sports. Ive seen Ricky Davis and Zach Randolph do a GD handshake. Ive seen Quinn Cook do a GD handshake... Aqib Talib is either a blood or affiliated... Then you have Desean Jackson where they cant prove hes a G, but because he takes a picture with Gs and throws up a gang sign u release him?!? Majority of the athletes come from the hood know dealers, Gs or what have you... they just manage to make it out... Im like this (not justifying what he did) Desean Jackson is from... which is a long way from Philly... hes rich... Everyone does not have your best intentions at heart... some people want autographs...some people want a handshake... and some people flat out envy you! so he needs protection... why pay thousands to a bodyguard when you can give 20 of your real Gs a lil something to look out for you? Dont get me wrong he still needs to conduct himself as a professional on and off the field but cut him?!? come on man... Hes still a young guy hes going to make mistakes
