Ok. So for those of you on the 4 week challenge. You may recall from the slides presented by David on Thursday before fitness (good job david) that he spoke about the importance of protein in relation to feeding/ building muscle. One quick and very very tasty way of adding more protein to your diet is by having a herbal life protein bar. I enjoy them so much and never would have believed that something that is good for me could taste as great as they do. Seriously guys give them a try if you have not done so already. Obviously Ive recently eating one which inspired me to write this post.
