Ok So the news shows a story about a waitress that got fired for complaining on her FB about bad tippers.. Why not just get rid of this practice altogether. Let them work for a full paycheck at minimum wage or comparable to a Fast food worker.. since when did something called a Gratuity ( something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service; especially tip) become an expectation anyway? I have had nothing but Crappy service from just about every place I have been for the last several years. I love to go hear my friends play music but when I have to pay $30 for 3 beers and ice water, that I basically have to just about go pour myself or wait 2 hours for a waitress, You think I want to tip you? Then there is your total lack of a personality, no greeting, the body language as you stand there taking an order, just yells out to me that you need a new job, so thats my Tip Find a new Career
