This will give you a high quality tasty product ( not full of water & vacuum packed to your requirements). * Beef processing takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete depending on how long you want it hung for. Free flowed, bagged and labelled. * All other product takes between 1 and 2 weeks depending on what is processed. We have an awesome range of gourmet sausages ( guaranteed to impress), tasty meat patties, smokey savaloys, salamis, bacons, hams (mutton, pork, venison) plus much much more.
