Ok finally got the Tardis top complete.. finished out at 64 inches x 102 inches LOLOL (twice the length of a lap quilt - which this was my original thought) Oh well, it fits the top of her Queen size bed - just doesnt have any drop for the sides. Hmmmm although... I COULD add the drop.... but could only add it to the sides - I dont want to make it any longer or it would be GIA-NORMOUS... The close up of the dark blue fabric with the stars is what I am using for the backing -and it is also going to be my binding. I have enough I could do a 10 inch drop on each of the lengthwise sides... What do you think ladies???? Should I add the drop? or leave it the way it is and just back and bind it..... Or... I MIGHT have enough of the three blues to cobble together a sort of piano key drop on the sides... HELP!!!!!
