Ok guys! The video from the last group message session should be up on my YouTube in the next 20-30 minutes. I will also post it here when it is all uploaded and ready to go. It is a longer video so hopefully someone will hear something that means something to them! I look forward to trying this again but will be refining things to make the sessions clearer and better. I think I will do one a month as when I do these I feel drained so weekly is not good for me. Maybe the 15th of each month..but will let everyone know!
