Ok guys, as promised, here are pics of my foods I ate yesterday. 1. Meal 1. (5:45am) 3 boiled eggs. 2. Meal 2. (8:30am) Salmon fish and brown rice. 3. Meal 3. (11:15am) chicken, brown rice, green beans and broccoli. Meal 4. (1:30pm) chicken, brown rice, green beans and broccoli. Meal 5. (4pm) Lamb, sweet potatoes, cabbage, leak and green beans. Meal 6. (6pm) Grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, grapes and Clements. Meal 7. (7pm) grilled chicken with sweetcorn, peas and carrots. Nutritional benefits of these foods are as follows: Chicken - Good fast acting source of protein, low in fat. Lamb - great source of protein, high in omega3 Salmon Fish - again high in omega3, great source of protein and amino acids. Eggs - great fast acting source of protein with many nutrients which include, vitiman A, B5 and B12 just to name a few. Brown Rice - great source of complex carbohydrate as its unrefined, it keeps u feeling fuller for longer and it also helps reduce insulin spikes. Sweet potato - good source of vitamin C, high in vitamin B6, it produces collagen which helps maintain skins youth, it also contains magnesium and iron. Broccoli - there are many benefits of broccoli, great source of fibre, Potassium, calcium, protein and vitamin C just to name a few. Cabbage - contains many nutrients including dietary fibre, vitamin C and vitamin K. Carrots - many benifits again, improves vision, anti aging, helps prevents heart disease and much more. Sweetcorn - rick in vitamin B1, B5 and vitamin C. Green beans - contain excellent levels of Vitamin A, also contains iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Grapes, Strawberries, Raspberries, Clements: Fruits are a great source of hydration as they contain a lot of water and high in antioxidants. They are a great source of fibre and low in calories. There are also many health benefits of eating fruits, decreases the risk of obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and many other conditions.
