Ok heres 10 random things about me: 1. Im a bit of a germaphobe. I wash my hands a lot and sometimes hold my breath when walking through a crowd. But it doesnt really pay off, as my kids get me sick all the time. 2. I was the teachers pet in 3rd grade. It had its perks, of course, but there was definitely a downside since the other kids were jealous. I complained about this to my mom who much to my surprise did not try to console me. She said if youre not nice, you wont have any friends. Tough love! 3. The only traveling Ive ever done is to Australia with my BFI. It was one of the best times of my life. 4. I was voted to speak at my high school graduation. 5. Ive misunderstood a lot of song lyrics. One of my favorites is from Flashdance. I thought the lyric take your passion and make it happen was take your pants off.... 6. My biggest pet peeve is losing something or being lost. I get sorta Hulk-like. 7. I do not like being scared. If you sneak up on me with the intent to scare me, you will probably get slapped & go deaf from my super sonic shrill screaming. Sorry about that. 8. When I found out I was pregnant with Madeline, one of my first thoughts was thank God I will probably not die in childbirth. I am very grateful for modern medicine & medical advancements. 9. I believe in God and science. I dont find them contradictory. 10. I would love to try stand-up comedy one day. I fear not having enough material, offending my family, and of course not being funny. So I should also add that Id like to be braver one day :)
