Ok, heres my spill...I was told that I would confuse two of my grandchildren if I didnt communicate with them in a certain time frame, 3 months, that I would create uncertainty of who me and Roy were. Well today I blew that theory out of the water. My Nessa, who is all of 2 1/2 has not seen her Papa Roy since the end of July, no communication whatsoever...She has not seen me very much but a few minutes at a time and no communication really....Today she came to our home, she had a blast with me and hugged me, feeling secure. When Papa came home she ran to him and wrapped her arms around his long legs and said Hi Papa and snuggled this tall man. NOW, where is the confusion, the not knowing who your family is, not wanting to be with us but be afraid of us? There is none, so that theory that a grandparent has to keep communication with their grandchildren for them to know that they are loved and not be confused is false. PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT!!
