Ok ladies and gentlemen I am looking for a new roommate for the bedroom down stairs. Rent is $400.00 plus 1/3 of the utilities ( water, gas, electricity, cable, internet, pest control ) the loft will be open and ready to move in on Sept 2, 2014. Already has a queen size bed that will stay and other furniture. I prefer an nonsmoker ( if smoke it has to be outside and clean up after themselves ). The house is located on a dead end street ( aka cul-de-sac ) with security cameras. I have own this house since 1993 and know all my neighbors ( I do have three small dogs that travel with me at times and the house has a doggie door ) Yes I do a background check and yes I ask for first months rent and security deposit up front before handing over the keys to the house
