Ok, so I do not usually air my feelings or dirt on FB, but I feel that people need to know what I have experienced with a local auto repair shop. My family has been going to this business for as long as I can remember. First owned by Fletcher, then Fletcher and Rice (Kevin Rice) and were always treated great and never had to worry about the work that was done to our vehicles. Unfortunately, this past year since it went from Kevin Rices hands to new ownership, things have definitely changed. In short, they have repeatedly lied to my husband, myself as well as the warranty company that was covering the cost of the repairs that were to be done to our vehicle. This last bout, they had our truck for almost 6 weeks, and told us several times that the work would be done this day, or this day or this day. Well, we called the warranty company and they had NOT heard a word from Rices Services Center since July 31st. This means they have had our vehicle a couple of times over the past 3 1/2 months, with this last time being as I said for almost 6 weeks with no intentions of repairing it. If they didnt want to do it or could not do it they could have just said so. Instead they deceive you and talk rudely to you when you call. Just wanted people to know so they dont go through what we have.
