Ok so I found this. This might clear my mind about Local Jeep Union 1941 I recently spoke with a Patent and Copyright lawyer and also did some searching on the Patent/Trademark Office website. JEEP is a trademark. But, since you are using the word JEEP in a phrase, as long as that phrase is not one that is already trademarked, it is fair game. Trademark law is a very interesting thing. For your own searching tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?...ate=k0u7b0.1.1 Also, the Trademark is covering the word in how it is displayed. If you where to print the word out using a different font, as example, you would not be violating Trademark. As I said, Trademark law is interesting.
