Ok, so I was really really close to having a horrible experience with this company like several of the other reviews that I have read online and on Yelp... But I think it has turned out ok so far (crossing my fingers)The sales people can be a bit pushy, theyre obviously trying to sell you as quickly as possible and almost forcing a sell, which is kind of annoying! Especially because they are probably the best VoIP Phone System company out there and shouldnt be so darn pushy!Also, the sales people should be trained better on the phones, the system and the technology! I explained to the salesperson that we needed Bluetooth headsets for our business and that I thought we needed a certain phone that they didnt carry, long story short I thought they didnt have phones that could do Bluetooth headsets, so I purchased them from a third party, which the salesperson said I could do and that they would be able to provision them to ringcentral...which was NOT the case, they didnt work and they couldnt be provisioned properly. Because the 3rd party vendor wouldnt return the phones, I had to try and sell them on eBay...we ended up losing a bunch of money. Anyways, we ordered a different phone from ringcentral, received them and they worked great and the Bluetooth headsets actually made the phone Bluetooth, which is what I wish the salesperson would have told me in the first place!The phone system in and of itself is fantastic, they are light years ahead of any other company that does this type of stuff, Ive been very very happy.But I would caution you to not jump right into this thinking the phone system setup is going to be super easy, you have to have some tech experience and really understand what you want your phone system to be, which is why I think most people get frustrated and complain and write bad reviews about them...Im happy with the system and it seems to be getting better and better!
